You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
2) Products & information
We aim for accurate descriptions and pricing; errors may occur. Product information is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before using health products if you have medical conditions, are pregnant/nursing, or take medications.
3) Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or refuse any order (e.g., suspected fraud, stock issues). If an item is unavailable or mispriced, we may cancel and refund you.
4) Pricing, taxes & currency
Prices are shown in the stated currency and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees are shown at checkout.
5) Payment
We use secure, PCI-compliant payment processors. You authorize us and our processor to charge the selected payment method for the order total.
6) Shipping & risk of loss
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide. Inspect packages upon receipt and report issues promptly.
7) Returns & refunds
Return eligibility, deadlines, and conditions are stated in our Returns Policy (posted on the site). Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging unless defective. Refund method follows the original payment method once returns are inspected.

15) Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Courts of Beirut, Lebanon shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer laws require otherwise.
